🚗✨ A Historic Milestone for Palki Motors ✨🚗
On 30th September, while I was away, my incredible team delivered our first customer car of Cityboy V3 model — a moment that marks the beginning of a new chapter for Palki Motors.
We began designing this car in September 2024. By May 2025, we rushed into production — only to realize that scaling required stronger systems and processes. Instead of pushing forward unprepared, we paused, restructured, and built the foundation properly.
That’s when I started writing the Palki Motors Handbook — to ensure the company can run with clarity and discipline, even in my absence. I also realized an important lesson: before true product-market fit, a founder must stay at the steering wheel.
Over the last 4 months, I: ✅ Set weekly sprint tasks myself ✅ Launched hackathons to solve key challenges ✅ Built SOPs for supply chain & operations ✅ Trained 5 people to step up as management leaders
Once this framework was in place, everything began to align.
The customer receiving this car had ordered it last year. Today, I feel proud that we could finally deliver — with our own design, our own manufacturing process, and our own supply chain.
This journey was blessed by Allah and strengthened by the support of Accelerating Asia Ventures and the Zayed Sustainability Prize.
