Is it possible to buy an additional coil of wire of correct resistance with a plug in case the charging facility is at a distance from the EV?
What to do if we need fast charging?
Shall we get assistance for the registration of EVs?
In case of maintenance requirements, shall we get service from your workshop?
In case of a breakdown on road, is there any wrecker service available?
It would be very helpful if we get those, I believe.

Thank you for your email. Here are the replies to your queries:
Yes. If you take a Lithium Iron Phosphate battery you can double the battery size. Currently, it's 6kWh, you can make it 12kWh. It will double the range. We have the space for 12kWh batteries.
The charging is standard and available in Bangladesh at any electric scooter shop. It can be extended to any length.
For fast charging you need a 25A cable in your garage. Need 10RM AC cable from your main DB box, any electrical worker can do it.
Yes, we will assist in getting registration.
We will provide car towing service in Dhaka city.
